     Abstract: This work included the synthesis of new derivatives of pyrazoline compounds from the reaction of chalcones with hydrazine via a solid base catalyst (prepared through the reaction of NaNO3 with Al2O3 at (300-700) °C to obtain a sodium metal as a solid base catalyst) and using physical and spectroscopic methods as melting point, color, Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and FT-IR to confirm the accuracy and validity of the prepared compounds. Biological efficacy was also evaluated on two types of bacteria, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus.
